Company Driver Compensation and Benefit Package:
- Load pay begins at 26% of the Line Haul, up to a maximum of 30% of Line Haul depending upon experience and performance.
- Extra Stops after the first are $25 each.
- Detention $25/ hour or more, after 2 hours but may vary depending upon the customer and job.
- 100% Company paid health insurance premium for the employee. IRA with a match up to 2% and Insurance Plan available.
Late model and Assigned equipment We wouldn’t let our family members risk breakdowns or safety issues while using old equipment, so we choose to purchase late model equipment to help ensure safety for everyone involved. You also get to drive the same truck each week. Generous home time We want you to enjoy time away from work, which is why we offer generous home time. Weekly per diem and settlements Settlements and per diem are paid weekly.
Paid Vacation:
- 1- 3 years of employment = 7 days paid vacation.
- 3- 5 years of employment = 14 days paid vacation.
- 5 or more years of employment = 21 days paid vacation.
- Vacation pay based on the previous 52 weeks from the starting date of vacation period.
Company Driver Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Class A CDL Drivers License with Proper Endorsements
- Must meet All Federal Motor Carrier Qualifications (Pre-employment Drug Screen, PSP, MVR)
- Minimum 2 Years Tuck Driving Experience
- Must Be at Least 23 Years Old
- No Serious or Disqualifying Traffic Violations within the Last 3 Years
- No More Than 2 Moving Violations in the Previous 12 Months
- No More Than 4 Moving Violations in the Previous 36 Months
