Description
We have one of the most experienced dispatchers in the industry that have been with us for years developing strong relationships with biggest brokers and direct clients.
As a Company Driver, you can expect exceptional service , support and communication. That's what a lot of our drivers commend us for.
We pay up to 27-30% of gross revenue.
Drivers who are ready to stay on a road for long and drive hard can get 31% of gross.
It is $2,000 - $2,500 weekly take home at the current market.
We pay gross %, to put everyone on the same side and work towards maximizing the truck revenue as everyone will directly benefit from it!
We have a CPM option if you feel more comfortable being paid per mile. Current rate: $0.60/mile
*No reefer experience required. We can get you through a quick training on site.
We have 2021-2023 Volvo, Freightliner and Peterbilt trucks with automatic transmission and following equipment:
- Fridge
- Microwave
- Inverter
- Bunk heater
All our trucks are exceptionally maintained in our inhouse shop, so you can expect clean and in great mechanical and physical condition truck.
We ask drivers to stay 3 week out and get 4 days of a home time.
There is 1 week hold on a paycheck and $1,500 security deposit that is split in $150x10 payments.
