Description
We are looking for experienced dry van truck drivers to join our growing team. Move our contracted freight, get paid on time and enjoy our professional and supporting team!
Pay:
62cpm or 27% + 3cpm bonus at the end of the month.
+ 1cpm for truck/trailer maintenance (doing pre trips, communicating any truck/trailer issues with the company)
+ 1cpm for safety (no violations),
+ 1cpm for performance (making pick up/deliveries on time, sending all pages and scans of BOLs, lumper receipts and rest to dispatch/accounting)
95% of our drivers make $0.65/mile and take home $2,200 - $2,600 every week.
Schedule:
- Minimum 3 weeks on the road, 3 days off.
- One day off for each week
- 4-6 weeks on the road - 1 extra day at home
Freight, routes & miles:
- We deliver all over the country
- Mix of direct and load board freight
- 3,500-4,000 miles weekly
- $8,000-10,000 weekly gross
24 roadside and ELD support.
Trucks & equipment:
- 2020 - 2023 Freightliner Cascadia
- Equipped with the fridge, microwave, inverter, apu.
Requirements:
- Minimum experience 1 year.
