Description
Real Trucking is a highly reputable carrier with a fleet of over 300 trucks. As we continue to expand, we are currently looking for experienced and professional truck drivers to join our team. Our company works with all major brokers and has direct customer freight contracts to keep our drivers busy.
As a Company Driver (W2), you will enjoy a stable work, predictable paycheck and full package of benefits.
- We pay $0.60 CPM all miles at start with the immediate review after 30 days with us.
- After performance review we will increase your salary to $0.63/mi.

Depending on your location, you will be able to return home every 2-3 weeks.

We provide you with a fully loaded 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, inverter, APU, mattress, and tablet.
