Description

Real Trucking is a highly reputable carrier with a fleet of over 300 trucks. As we continue to expand, we are currently looking for experienced and professional truck drivers to join our team. Our company works with all major brokers and has direct customer freight contracts to keep our drivers busy.

As a Company Driver (1099), you will enjoy a stable work and predictable paycheck every week.

We pay $0.63 CPM all miles at start with the immediate review after 30 days with us.
After performance review we will increase your salary to $0.67/mi.
Also you can choose to get paid 30% of gross revenue.
FLAT RATE $290 / DAY

Depending on your location, you will be able to return home every 2-3 weeks.

Your recruiters should have provided you with more information on this. A general rule of thumb is one day off per week of over-the-road (OTR) driving.

We provide you with a fully loaded 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, inverter, APU, mattress, and tablet.
