Description
NEW TRANS GROUP LTD is looking for reliable and motivated OTR Dry Van drivers.
We offer 2023–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with a fridge, inverter, mattress, tablet, and forward-facing camera (not cabin).
This is a 1099 position for Independent Contractors earning $0.65–$0.67 CPM, with weekly paychecks between $1,800–$2,500. Miles are flexible for reliable drivers.
Salary can be negotiated based on your experience and driving record.
** IMPORTANT. Must have LLC to receive payments. We will help with the set up.
Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience required. No more than 2 violations and no accidents.
Escrow: $1,500 ($150/week)
Occ insurance: $46/week
Legal plan: $2.95/week
Cash advance: $100/week via fuel card
No NYC or Upstate NY routes unless requested
2–3 weeks on the road / 2–3 days home
Hotel provided for orientation (Days Inn, next to terminal)
We offer full 24/7 support (Safety/Logbook & Roadside), passenger policy ($25/month), and backup truck available next day in case of breakdown.
