What are the responsibilities?

• Conduct various tasks in support of environmental cleanup, recycling, and maintenance activities
• Drive/Operate new, well maintained tractor-trailers, tankers, vacuum trucks, roll-off equipment, lift gate trucks and others as part of on-site activities at various customer locations
• Verify that loads are properly placarded and labeled according to match shipping documents
• Inspect truck trailer and cargo before, after and during trips for defects in accordance with DOT requirements
• Drive truck to destination and perform alone or as part of a team to complete site activities
• Submit daily reports indicating truck conditions
• Complete and submit documentation required for each trip including but not limited to daily time records, shipping documents and vehicle inspection information
• Maintain equipment in a clean in organized condition

What is required?

• The ability and willingness to operate equipment and work in commercial and industrial settings
• Acceptable driving record
• Valid Class A CDL license.
• “H”-Hazmat endorsement, or willing to obtain
• “N”-Tanker endorsement, or willing to obtain

Hours: Typical work hours are Monday-Friday. Overtime opportunities occur regularly.

Pay: $28-$32 per hour, depending on experience. Eligibility for monthly performance bonus.
