We are looking for a CDL A Truck Driver who is highly motivated, organized and detail oriented, to join our growing team of drivers.

The ideal truck driver candidate will:

• Have a valid CDL A
• 1-2 years of experience in the commercial truck driving industry.
• Demonstrate their ability to work as part of a regional/team based operation

The right truck driver candidate will possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A successful truck driver candidate will take good care of the assigned truck, work with our 24/7 dispatch team to run daily operations & support clients, utilizing customer service skills and customer relationship management in order to build long-lasting business relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Do pre and post trip inspections.
• Be familiar with the trucking industry and regulations.
• Navigate through Interstate highways.
• Drive safely in bad weather conditions.
• Drive at night.
• Remain alert while driving long distances.
• Report Maintenance needs.
• Report Load Issues.
• Be able to use ELD.
• Communicate with our 24/7 dispatch team.
• Communicate in a respectful and professional manner to our clients and coworkers.
• Able to follow instructions.

Dedicated 70% + Broker 30%:

• Ohio <> Missouri/Kansas
• Ohio <> Illinois
• Ohio <> New Jersey
• Ohio <> Georgia
• Ohio <> New Jersey

Freight:

• Drop & Hook - No touch freight
• Light Loads (15K LBS)
• Mail + small packages (UPS Dedicated Linehaul)

Pay:

• Salary is based per miles driven (zip code to zip code)
• Range of 55 up to 65 cents per mile
• Rate per Mile will depend on experience & Driving Record
• 1099
