With a variety of freight types and lanes and customized hometime to fit each driver’s needs, it’s no surprise that Halvor drivers say that they’ve finally found their home. Drivers in the top 25% of our van division averaged over $85,000 last year! Experienced van CDL A drivers earn up to 60 cents/mile with performance bonuses and anywhere from 2,200 – 3,000 miles per week. Our bonuses are real - we paid out over $1.8 million in 2022!

Hiring requirements:

• Valid United States driver's license held for a minimum of two years
• Class A CDL with 6 months minimum driving experience
• Not cited for a DOT preventable accident in the past three years
• No Part 382 (drug and alcohol) violations in the past three years
