- Reimburse the cost of the Base plate after 180 days of signing contract

- Satellite and Scanner
- Provide All Securement Equipment
- Safety Equipment
- Oversize, Overweight, and Hazardous Material Permits
- Repair and Replace Satellite Parts and Replace Non-working Scanners
- Toll Transponders
- Supply Comdata Fuel Cards
Requirements
- Tractor shall have a headache rack
- Tractor must have first-line tires only
- Tractor is California Compliant
- 2 years of verifiable OTR experience with flatbed and transporting hazardous materials (3 years preferred)
- CDL Class A with tanker and hazmat endorsements
- Must be able to pass a 10-year federal background check with no felonies
- Clean MVR with no DUI or DWI
- PSP - no more than 2 minor violations
- No pets allowed on any customer sites
- Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain a TWIC card and passport/passport card
- Supply tarps and tarp straps
