Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Regional Truck Driver for Keller, you can expect:

• Customizable home time - Most drivers are home 3 out of 4 weekends
• Average pay $1300-$1635 weekly (Based on driving experience)
• $0.03/Mile productivity bonus
• Our 'All In' CPM average for experienced drivers is $0.58
• Annual pay increases
• You park your truck where you live! (Come to Defiance, OH for orientation, maintenance, and the occasional load, but that's it!)
• Guaranteed Weekly Pay Program of $1000 (This is the absolute minimum you will make every week).
• $20/hr. after 1 hour detention time
