Description

Delivering building materials for roofing including adhesives via 53' flatbed trailers, 53' dry vans, and shipping containers/chassis to job sites and warehouse, ports and Rail yards. This position runs more single drop loads than anything, but drivers should be prepared for double drops as well. Drivers can expect most loads to also have some component of a backhaul. Loads are preloaded by the Shipper. Live unload by shipper's customer averaging an hour and a half. This operating areas is generally the western edge of Colorado East, East to the Carolinas, West to El Paso, and North to Iowa. Driver will occasionally operate in other states depending on customer need on a case-by-case basis, for instance occasionally to Florida. Drivers average 2250 miles per week.

Minimum Requirements:

Valid CDL A License 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience TWIC card and Hazmat Endorsement required within 120 days of hire Must live within 75 miles of Prescott, AR Comprehensive drug screening (Hair) performed

Additional Details:

Shift: Will work 5-6 days per week including occasional Saturdays and Sundays depending on assigned freight. Start times are variable depending on load necessity. Drivers can expect daytime loading hours. Start times are mostly between 0700 - 1700. Driver will have 1.5-2 days off per week. 53' flatbed trailers, 53' dry van, and shipping containers/chassis (Automatics)

Pay & Benefits:
