Team drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.56 to $.66 cpm depending on route and experience.
Up to $15,000 sign on bonus (split)

Qualifications:

Must have Class A License (CDL A) & 21 years or older. Must have 3 months of verifiable experience.
Bonus payouts subject to qualifications.
Flex Fleet drivers must live within 250 miles of a U.S. Xpress terminal.
